Looks like a fly mine...
but not one I've seen before. Is this a plant you can revisit and see if the mine has grown? Those appear to be oviposition holes on the lower leaf surface; I assume they correspond with the beginnings of the linear portions of the mine.

I picked the leaf and didn't keep it. However, I will check the plant to see if there are any other mines like this.
