Chloropidae? - Themira annulipes

Chloropidae? - Themira annulipes
47.630573N 52.687588W (WGS84), Logy Bay, Northeast Avalon, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada
July 8, 2007
Size: 5mm head to wingtips
Looks a little like the Chloropidae
Simuliidae Perhaps?
I photographed but at 5mm head to wing tips, I suspect it must be too large to be Chloropidae.

Moved
Moved from Themira.

Looks like
A Sepsid to me, so family Sepsidae!
