This is something in Psilocorsis. I agree that it presents an Agonopterix thelmae-like appearance, but the alternating black and white antennal flagellomeres, and the very long, stiletto-slender labial palpi with black stripe on third segment, diagnose this moth as Psilocorsis sp. Sorry I can't take it further than that. We have a number of spp. of this genus here in the eastern USA, and I can't tell them apart on sight.
