This is a very fine image of an immature Psocoptera - Bark Louse. You can tell that it's immature by looking at the wing buds - the dark-purplish pads containing the future wings. Bark Lice have distinctively "bulgy faces". Yours shows that very clearly, with that huge "nose ;-)
