Possible Stictocephala sp. - Stictocephala

I was told by Mark Rothschild that Ceresa is strictly a neotropical taxon so most of what is on BG in Ceresa should be in Stictocephala. He said this may be a Stictocephala sp. but it's possble it is Hadrophallus bubalus.
