Barklouse - Teliapsocus conterminus

Barklouse - Teliapsocus conterminus
Radford, Virginia, USA
July 15, 2016
When saw this on my arm, I thought it was a tiny insect. WhenI looked at it on my computer screen, I saw that it was a mating(?) pair. I need an Id, please!

Moved from ID Request.

Only one critter here; not a pair.

Thanks, Ken!
