Size: ~7mm
On a pine branch, stalking a sheetweb spider of some sort. The dark areas fore and aft of the large middle white patch on the abdomen shone a green iridescence at some angles. Phid sp?

Just a guess...
but if it was found in the wild in Maryland I'd bet money on it.

The mid-ocular tufts place this one squarely in the putnami group, and natural range would likely exclude everything but putnami.

Richmani adults are nearly identical to putnami, but are normally only found in Florida.
