Fulgoroidea? - Mistharnophantia

Fulgoroidea? - Mistharnophantia
El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, USA
July 16, 2016
Size: 4 mm
Found at Rio Bosque Wetlands Park by sweeping vegetation.
I'm stumped! At first glance, this bug reminds me of Membracidae, but I believe the horn-like projections are not derived from the pronotum; instead, they seem to be part of the wings. The antennae and hind legs (which are barely visible) do not correspond to Membracidae either. I would bet that about a month and a half ago, I submitted the immature of this species; which I suggested, and was placed, as Fulgoroidea. See:

Thank you Ken!
Nice to see where this bug belongs. Good to know it is the first BG entry from Texas.
