Size: 3 1/2" X 4" wings

common Whitetail - Plathemis lydia
Olympus camera in macro mode with light flash. Taken at 5 PM on north facing deck on humid day. Dragonfly was quite photogenic and calm. Remained on deck about 1 hour and then flew off.
