I have multiple images of this dragonfly. I assumed it was an emerald due to eye color but none of the emeralds in my Alaska book have a blue pattern on the abdomen.

best I got
The last time I had a dragonfly, I was told I needed a shot of the top of it. When I looked in a dragonfly book for AK, I obviously needed a side-view for this type. Oops. The new image is the best I got.
