Moved
Moved from Jumping Spiders. Female Asian Wall Jumper. This species is very common in and around buildings.

Thanks so much!
I don't suppose there is a reference you'd recommend that could help me differentiate these small streaky jumpers? Just to genus I mean. I know species ID can be tricky in many of them.

I wasn't familiar with Sitticus at all, so it's great to see, but I can't find much in the guide that would help me recognize it in the future.

Thanks!

Hmmm...
Three decent books: Bradley's Common Spiders of North America, Levi's Spiders and Their Kin, Weber's Spiders of the North Woods.

The best resource out there though is BugGuide. Scroll down the Info page for the family and you'll find a very quick guide to all BugGuide's salticids. I learned my jumpers little by little using this site and taking pictures of the jumpers I encountered. The experts here are a great help as well. Good luck!

Thank you!
Very helpful.
