Leafhopper? -
Graphocephala lugubris
Bobolink Trail, South Boulder Creek, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
July 16, 2016
Size: 5 mm or less
Small, under 5 mm, scurried around on the top of a leaf. The stripes looked like an iridescent blue, as opposed to pigment, but it is hard to tell.
