Leafhopper? - Graphocephala lugubris

Leafhopper? - Graphocephala lugubris
Bobolink Trail, South Boulder Creek, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
July 16, 2016
Size: 5 mm or less
Mostly there seemed to be a ménage à trois, but often 1 or 2 more joined in. I did not notice how colorful the interloper was until I saw the picture; I do not know whether its coloration was iridescent.

Interesting ...
I was thinking Neokolla. Perhaps this one is misplaced?

Thank you both!
For the ID. Regarding the genus, I am afraid I will have to let you two fight it out; I only take pictures.

But what is the relation between the multicolored one and the rest? Most displayed only the 2 bluish stripes.

sexually dimorphic
If you look at the underside, I predict you will find that the bluish individuals are all males, and the greenish individuals are mostly females (some males are greenish, but generally small). At least, that's the case with those I've caught in my yard in Patagonia, AZ.

TYVM!
Doubt that I will know what to look for on the underside, but I will assume that the gaily colored greenish ones are females.
