Your ID is correct!
The hairy tubercles on its back further identifies this as a Green Lacewing [Chrysopidae] larva. By the size, it's in its last instar; by its plumpness, I suspect that it will be spinning its cocoon very soon. I just finished rearing a batch of these larvae and they have pupated. I've observed two moults, so I guess the third instar is the final one.
