Millipede found near the US-Mexico border - Orthoporus

Size: 4-5" in length.
A new one for me. I was visiting one part of the Amistad National Recreational Area at the Pecos River when I spotted this. It was morning when I came upon it in a stone/concrete covered picnic area. It appeared to be feeding on a small caterpillar or grub.
