Size: ~11.5 mm
Found hanging in spider web beside my back door, six feet above the deck.
Is this slow moving beetle a
Tenebrio molitor
? Thank you.

Thank you. Yes, Creighton SK seems to be a better match. I have the beetle in a container with a selection of food, I'll add fungus from my compost bin tomorrow, then take time and have a close look at its feet.
