Parson Spider?

Parson Spider?
Newark, New Castle County, Delaware, USA
July 23, 2016
It could be a hitchkiker. I'm in and out a lot.
Saw a dark spot low on the wall and thinking it might be a fly I tapped my finger next to it. It didn't budge.
Getting the camera trained on it to find out what it was persuaded it to move - fast, of course.

Moved to family for now
Moved from Spiders. It is difficult to see the pattern on this spider though H. ecclesiasticus should be considered from what I can see.

Might this be a Parson Spider(1)?
