Not C. hispida, this is Corythucha spinosa
This is C. spinosa. C. hispida has NO markings on the hemelytra or hood, the general aspect is "entirely whitish or cream" (Gibson 1918. The genus Corythucha Stal). Also, the spines are much more numerous, all over the dorsal surface and longer.
C. spinosa on the other hand, has shorter and less spines, and has brown markings on the hemelytra, including a basal and apical cross bands, sometimes broken-up or faint: "irregular faint brown band accross elytra near base and another near apex" (Gibson, 1918)
