another limoniid crane fly - Pilaria recondita - Male

Size: body ~10mm est from photo
Appears to key out to Pilaria using the MND key (1) but I wouldn’t want to put any money on that. Found near a marsh and Chesapeake Bay. The tibiae have spurs but they’re going to be hard to see in an image of this size.

I’d appreciate confirmation or correction of the ID. Thanks in advance
