Dorsal shot?
Alexander, do you have full photo of dorsal side. It's hard for me to be sure from your partial dorsal, but the second dorsal spot appears to be wider than long. If that is the case, this would be Latrodectus variolus. A spider specialist will know for sure.

Circular spot, whole hourglass
That second spot appears as a long stripe in many of the categorized examples of the Northern Black Widow here, but the second spot in my specimen is circular. White stripes down the sides are not present, and the hourglass triangles are not split as would be expected for the Northern Black Widow.
