Not a Blister Beetle - Nabis subcoleoptratus

Not a Blister Beetle - Nabis subcoleoptratus
Bristol, Lake County, Michigan, USA
July 3, 2007
Size: half inch
Short wings were like a blister beetle I'd found earlier, but antennae and legs were all wrong. Also, didn't squirt or play dead like the blister beetle. Ventral view seems to show a proboscis. Is it even a beetle? Something primative? Help. (And thanks in advance!)

No, not a beetle but a bug
we would suggest Nabidae - Damsel Bugs, images in the guide here
