Insect Cage Louse???? - Liposcelis

Insect Cage Louse???? - Liposcelis
Spring, Harris County, Texas, USA
July 28, 2016
Size: 1mm
several individuals were found drowned in pupa emergent cups, inside predatory assassin mosquito cages. None were found on life or dead mosquitos. I cannot tell if the lice are contributing to low oviposition in this cage colony or if they're simply vagrants that wandered into the cage in search of a host. Am I looking at a bird or human louse?

Moved from ID Request.
