It's a bit tricky to decide between P. tibialis and P. furcillata here...since it's hard to discern for sure whether the discal cell is darkened or hyaline. But a sliver of the black interior of the facial grooves is visible; and the first antennal segment is about 3 time as long as wide (vs. 2 times as long as wide in furcillata)...so this appears to be a mating pair of P. tibialis.
