Size: small
No other photos. I found an ID that is close- Euchaetes egle (Milkweed Tussock Moth), but that is grayish and this is purely white.

Possibly Virginian Tiger Moth
Possibly Virginian Tiger Moth (Spilosoma virginica). They can have pure white wings with an abdomen patterned like that. See http://ottawa.moths.ca/arctiidae/pages/08137-spilosoma-virginica-A.html
