The D. intrudens complex in particular still needs a fair bit of work, but this is probably the best place for this fly right now.

Dasysyrphus ..... probably in
Dasysyrphus ..... probably intrudens complex. However I don`t think a recent re-view of Dasysyrphus, Locke & Skevington, has solved our problems with this genus.
