The "horns" seem in between taurine and alta (perhaps favoring alta), but the bright orange edging and relatively light spotting would seem to indicate alta.

Close call from these views, but I'm leaning more to Ceresa taurina based on your anterior view.

 
I could be
easily persuaded. There seems to be an overlap zone in BugGuide images between these two species, likely due to a few misidentified entries (no criticism intended, here). This creature is in that zone, and thus distinctly beyond my abilities. How confident of C taurina are you?
