Mt. Washington throscid - Aulonothroscus constrictor

Mt. Washington throscid - Aulonothroscus constrictor
Mt. Washington, Coos County, New Hampshire, USA
July 4, 2007
Size: about 3.3 mm
Found this guy on the exterior of bark covering a dead log I was stripping in my Forest Service-approved search for Py*tho str*ictus. Its larger size and more pronounced terminal antennomeres tell me it is a new species for me and for bugguide.

Thank you, Belov.
That's one constrictor I don't think will strangle me ;-)
