WTH? Please help identify - Albuna fraxini

Size: 3/4 inch long
Wow, if anyone can help with this guy, that would greatly be appreciated. It looks to me like some kind of moth, but I've never seen anything quite like this here at home. I especially like what looks like "tail wings." ... also the front legs were quite scaly / hairy. Thanks so much!!!
