Found these honey colored eggs on young black locust leaf close to the ground.

Since it looks like a Zelus nymph overall and eggs looks similar to eggs in this image,

I'm thinking it's Zelus tetracanthus...

Fitchia aptera here.

But we don't know how similar the eggs for different species can be :(
