Anthicid - Anthicus scabriceps
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA
August 4, 2016
I found three individuals under a small patch of dry seaweed and reeds on the west side of Sandy Point. See the other beetle species found in the same roughly 3'x3' patch here.

Anthicus scabriceps LeConte, female
Moved from Anthicus ephippium. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Aaron.
