I believe Stephen's right
This looks like Ptilostomis to me.

Giant Casemaker Caddisfly.
It's a Caddisfly. probably family Phryganeidae, Ptilostomis.

Wow! Knowing all that comes to lights is not necessarily a moth I was "really" out in left field on this fellow. Searching moths was sure futile wasn't it? ;^) Thanks for setting me straight Stephen.
