brown Beetle - Uloma imberbis

brown Beetle - Uloma imberbis
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
November 22, 2003
no clue

Moved from Uloma.

Moved from Darkling Beetles.

I also think it´s Uloma sp.!

Darkling beetle.
This is a beetle in the Tenebrionidae. The bead-like antennae help me segregate it from ground beetles (Carabidae) immediately. Genus could be Uloma, which are usually found under bark or in rotting wood.

Under log
Now that you say that, I think I found this under a log and put it on this leaf to get the photo.
