Black & Red Chalcid Wasp - Brachymeria podagrica - female

Black & Red Chalcid Wasp - Brachymeria podagrica - Female
Tonopah Desert, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
June 1, 2015
Size: 5.5mm
I'm fairly sure that this Chalcidid Wasp is a female Brachymeria podagrica. The abdominal segments are hard to count, but the large size ratio, (compared to the thorax) suggests that this is a female.
There seems to be ten flagellomeres, but the first and last segments are shorter than the others and some of the divisions are very hard to see. I'm including a few more views.
