Another Saskatchewan Wasp in Ichneumonoidea - Mesostenus thoracicus - Male

Found this small wasp on top of a large bin of sweet nantes carrots brought into Saskatoon from family market garden near Bergheim and Aberdeen SK. Its wings were quite twisted and warped so it could not fly, not sure why its wings were that twisted or how long/deep it was in the bin of carrots.
