Candy striped spider in Wisconsin? - Enoplognatha ovata

Size: .125 inch
I thought it was an orb weaver but someone else indicated candy striped spider. Are they in Wisconsin? Any specifics would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like Enoplognatha ovata
Looks like Enoplognatha ovata. "Orb weaver" is a broad category of spiders who make flat, round, symmetrical webs. E. ovata is in the family of cobweb spiders, who make messy 3D webs.
