Cone-shaped dorsal protuberance (visible center left in this photo) of the propodeum is typical for Dorymyrmex. D. bureni is the very abundant orangey-colored species in Florida.

bee is a Halictus poeyi
female

Ants look like Forelius
to me. Probably Forelius pruinosus.
