Cecidomyiidae, organ pipe galls on Lead plant stem

Cecidomyiidae, organ pipe galls on Lead plant stem
Red Oak Prairie, Allamakee County, Iowa, USA
August 5, 2016
collected these galls on Lead plant, Amorpha canescens
All that I looked at, on this plant and others, had open apical ends.
I've collected these distinctive galls in the past but have never gotten an adult fly.
My question: are these the same as:
The organ pipe galls were on the leaf petioles whereas the conical galls were on leaves/leaf veins.
The organ pipe galls all had open apical ends whereas none of the conical galls had open ends.
All of these organ pipe and conical galls were collected the same day and same location.

I believe they are the same as:

Here is an old posting of what looks like the organ pipe stem galls next to what looks like a red conical gall ON THE STEM

Interesting
They've gotta be different! Just gotta! Right? I love the name "organ pipe." Don't think I've seen these before.
