The thick white markings on the side of the abdomen
points to O. niveus. (O. fultoni would have small dots, and O. exclamationis would have a yellow tint to the abdomen and head.)
Interesting that you've captured what appears to be some faint black specks on the antennae -- that's not usually seen. O. fultoni have darker specks which are much closer to each other.
