Female - Carpenter-mimic Leaf-cutter Bee
This looks like a female Megachile xylocopoides, but the image is very blurry. Please try to get some better shots of her, since we don't have any other examples of this species, from your state.

Make sure to "edit" and check the boxes for "adult" & "female", on each image. Please try to get better shots of her and keep an eye out for the males. Good Luck!

Megachile xylocopoides
I added the only other image I was able to get of this individual. Sorry it is blurry also, super zoom and windy day. I will try to find more like it.
