Female - Carpenter-mimic Leaf-cutter Bee
This looks like a female
Megachile xylocopoides
, but the image is very blurry. Please try to get some better shots of her, since we don't have any other examples of this species, from your state.

Yes, I saw that.
Make sure to "edit" and check the boxes for "adult" & "female", on each image. Please try to get better shots of her and keep an eye out for the males. Good Luck!

Megachile xylocopoides
I added the only other image I was able to get of this individual. Sorry it is blurry also, super zoom and windy day. I will try to find more like it.
