another Willamette spongillafly - Climacia californica - Male

Size: 6mm snout to wingtip
I think this might be a male. Can anyone confirm this?
This specimen is preserved in alcohol & has its abdomen turned under so that its apex is visible.
Caught this at a blacklight at dusk on the banks of the Willamette River south of the confluence with Marys River in Corvallis as well.
