Posting to family/genera pages for ID?

Hi all -

If I identify an insect to family, subfamily, or genera but can't go deeper to species without help, would I post it directly to that page in the guide for further identification to save some steps for the editors, or would it go to the general ID Request?

Where to post
There's no hard-and-fast rule about where to post/move an image for maximum ID potential, but there's an article addressing this question here.

Depends on the taxon
Some family, etc. pages are regularly visited by editors, some not. Some editors did deep in the guide to find images of interest, others don't.
