Good call
Although this is a very difficult view for identifying most mayflies, I think Leptophlebiidae is likely. It might be
Paraleptophlebia
or perhaps
Habrophleboides
. Being able to see the hindwing would help, but the claspers on this male imago do look like something in that neighborhood.
