I'm not usually this bad at an ID but I have perused my book and just cannot find a good match. I noticed the blue at the top of the abdomen but still cannot come up with a suitable match.

You know, that is what I orig
You know, that is what I originally thought it was and then for some odd reason thought it didn't match. It matches perfectly. Sometimes first impression is the right one.
