I agree with metrioptera
Even though O. nigricornis and O. forbesi cannot be separated by appearance, and the male's song pulse rate at a known temperature is the surest was to ID them, it's probably safe to put this in O. nigricornis since O. forbesi has not been found in the extreme NE US.
