Not eggs
The white stuff isn't eggs, but is a substance they put on their eggs. I'm not sure of the purpose of putting it on their wings.

when i first read that they put brochosomes on eggs i assumed the eggs were under these spots. but now i learned they just carry it this way and put on eggs later.
