twenty-spotted lady beetle
Psyllobora vigintimaculata - the other Psyllobora species in Washington doesn't have confluent medial and apical spots.

Coccinellidae
That's a coccinellid beetle, but by sight I don't know which genus. Does someone else with more experience with these critters have any guesses?

Psyllobora
Indeed, this is a lady beetle, in the genus Psyllobora. They are specialized feeders on molds and mildews, scraping the spores off of foliage with comb-like palps.
