She looks like a female
Tachytes distinctus
. (widespread range) Did you get any shots of her mandibles? They should be light colored. This species has orange wings with dark tips, females with mostly-red legs and 3 pale abdominal stripes. -- 10 flagellomeres = ♀
Size? How big are the flower heads? (= approximate body length)

Sadly no mandible shots. The size of the specimen was typical of most Tachytes species I have encountered. The flower heads were, to my recollection, slightly less than 20 mm in diameter.
