Flag-tailed Spinyleg? - Dromogomphus spoliatus - male

Flag-tailed Spinyleg? - Dromogomphus spoliatus - Male
San Antonio, Leon Creek Greenway, Bexar County, Texas, USA
June 12, 2016
This is the only shot that I got of this dragonfly unfortunately. At first I thought that it was a Four-striped Leaftail (Phyllogomphoides stigmatus), but it doesn't look quite right. Is it a Flag-tailed Spinyleg (Dromogomphus spoliatus) instead?

Flag-tailed is correct
