Eucosma parmatana? #1 - Eucosma parmatana

I have seen several of these moths in the past week and am pretty convinced that they are Eucosma parmatana - Hodges#2937. However, they have not been reported in RI (although common in MA) and I would appreciate an ID confirmation before placing them into species.
