The eye pattern seems unique.
I noticed that this eye pattern is not included on the Spider Eye Arrangements article. Can we add this one in or is someone already working on this? Thanks!

Female - Cobweb Spider
This looks like a female Spintharus flavidus. (eastern range) There is only one species in the genus.
